When I called Mall Chevy on 10/25/23, I was in a Panic because the day before I had gone to a Sunoco Station for gas and had them check my oil. I didn't even need a quart. In-the-meantime I was driving everywhere that day when I noticed my car was smoking so I stopped at my girlfriends and when we opened the hood, we noticed that the cap was never put back on and oil was everywhere! I called Mall Chevy the next morning and explained to Michael Zamagni, Service Advisor and he told me to come right in and the Mechanics knew what they were dealing with! When I got my 2016 Chevy Malibu back, the Mechanics had Sprayed down the Engine Bay and then did a complete Oil Change with all the extras they perform at a very reasonable Price! All I can say to the Manager of this Great Team is "DOUBLE KUDOS"!!!!
