My appointment at Mall Chevrolet consisted of three items that needed attention. A twisted seat belt on the driver side. Sunvisor on the passenger side, and a oil change. Service to me was highly commendable, plus there wasn't no charge.

I scheduled an oil change and was promptly greeted at the door when I arrived. They took care of me very quickly as I enjoyed a cup of coffee.

The problem is the issue I have with the vehicle still exists. It wasn't fixed and now I have to go back so the service guys can do the job properly.
