Confirmed Service Customer
I have been taking my vehicle to Mall Chevy for maintenance for 2 years and have been happy with the service I have received. When I went for an oil change yesterday I received a call that my rear tow links needed to be replaced, on a vehicle that only has about 38,000 miles on it. We called a family friend that is a trusted mechanic to take a second look and he said they look fine, no need for replacement. My warranty that would have covered this expired a month ago which also seems a bit coincidental. I feel as though I have now lost trust in the service department at Mall Chevy for recommending a service to the tune of $700 that was not needed.
