I havenāt had any issues with the staff at this location, and maybe itās above them. To have a wiring issue and for it to be on the customer when it isnāt normal wear and tear on the vehicle is crazy. I went over on my bumper to bumper warranty by 5000 miles, they have to put Kevlar tape around wires to stop them from rubbing together and getting damaged. This was a $585 job which should have been covered, as it pertained to the check engine light and āreduced power to engineā. Then to be told that this may not fix the problem, this sounds like a manufacturer issue and not a driver wear and tear issue. Very upsetting although I paid for it I feel this should be reimbursed.
