I originally dealt with Ben, he was great!! I impulsed shopped and took home a vehicle I wasn't in love with. I had buyers remorse and was feeling sick about my choice. I called stating I didn't want the vehicle and the manager I was transferred to was abrasive and passive aggressive, he even hung up on me. I came back to the dealership with intensions on getting my trade in back and no longer doing business with them. Dante, the store manager at cherry hill made things right! He was a gentleman! He spoke to me gently and made me feel at ease. I left in my trade in but little did I know he immediately got to work for me. He called me back and Got me in something I totally loved and with a lesser interest rate than my original choice. I'm so happy! Everyone there was pleasant, worked together and got things done for me. They made sure I left the lot with everything set up and understanding all the Gadgets on my new ride. What a great team! I am in LOVE with my new vehicle!
