Confirmed Service Customer
This was the first service appointment of our new car. We needed the service, pinstripping & fix our flat tire. While they worked on our car the courtesy car took us over to Cherry Hill Mall. When our car was done we were picked up from the mall and returned to dealership to pick up our car. The service was free as it was our first service but I was a little surprised that they charged us for fixing the flat. Also all of a sudden the pinstripper wasn't there & we have to reschedule. I wasn't happy with that since we are 45 minutes away from the dealership.
