My experience at mall Chevy is always very pleasant. However this experience, I feel the upcharge was too much for what the problem was. Basically I paid $235 for a gas cap. Very disappointed

Appt at 11:30 for oil change. Told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Returned at 1:30. Not ready yet. 2 p.m. came around. Had to cancel a 2:30 cardiology appt in Philly. Car ready at 2:15. That's 2 hours 45 minutes. Much too long
