I just got my air conditioner AC compressor replaced here. Less than 24 hours later my check engine light went on. The mechanic refused to do a complimentary diagnostic check on my car to make sure that the light didn't come on due to the an issue with the service I just had. Said it would be a $200 charge just to look at my car after I just spent $1700 on a service. Absolutely despicable way to treat returning customers. I have been here for service before but I will NEVER go back to Mall Chevrolet after this. I'm having my local mechanic check my car out later today - when I called him about my issue he said "no problem we can run diagnostics for you, just swing by". If I need service directly from a Chevy dealer I'll pick another dealership in the area that also doesn't charge a service fee to use a credit card. Absolute money grubbers who have no care for their customers.

On Monday I dropped my car for my tire and wipers. Both were covered under warranty. However, my wipers were not in stock so they were ordered. On Wednesday I got a call saying they were in and to schedule an appointment the girl that called stated I can only book Mon-Thurs. I chose Monday at 4 she said she didn't know if it could be done because it was an hour appointment. I was transferred to service no one answered. I called back on Friday finally spoke to someone to see if I could just pick the wipers up because with my schedule lits hard to get to the dealership and wait a hour for a 2 minute service. I went in Saturday to pick them up and was told to pick them up from parts. Parts tell me to go to the cashier to pay for them I stated they are covered under warranty then I learned that they had to be put on by the dealership. So I went to service and Ryan was nice and helpful he had me in and out. Which I was grateful for because I was in a rush and had other things to do.
