All work was done correctly for this 1st service, however, I believe you distinguish yourselves when you vacuum and at least clean windows during a service. Either is expensive or time consuming but goes along way with customer experience and referrals! And my expectation is this request will not be reviewed based on previous surveys I completed. Thanks

They understood my situation and took the time to show me different options to meet my needs and that were affordable. The service department here is by far one of the BEST vehicle service repair center I ever experienced! Everyone from the front desk service reception to the payment reception desk, extremely helpful and friendly....waiting area clean, accommodating, and useful. Appointment time was at 12 PM and vehicle taken in immediately after arrival. My scheduled service was an oil change. My vehicle was completed in the one hour as assured with no complications!

It's always a pleasure to come into the Mall Auto Service Center because I get expeditious service and John Copsetta the Service Advisor is always pleasant and works hard to get me in and out as soon as possible. He is also always in a good mood as he waits on me. I appreciate the fact that there is a hot coffee machine in the waiting room, also; along with the television.
